Cost

Initial Diagnostic Interview: $150

Individual and Family 50 minute session: $125 per session

*Payment is due at time of service provided.

Insurance Coverage

Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our office will file your insurance or provide a receipt that you may file with your insurance company.

cancellation policy

I request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made before the 24 hour time period will be cancelled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee of the appointment. This charge will be made without notification to the card listed on file.
