Do you take insurance?

Yes I do. I am currently able to BCBS and Healthchoice

What age groups do you see for children?

Children ranging from 12-18 years of age.

*please note that parental involvement will be required in order to achieve the best results.

do you see Adults?

Yes! I am currently only seeing teenagers and adults.
 

Hours

The office is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with after hours appointments available on a case by case basis.
